Membership in SWRC

SWRC does not have or require membership to participate in our hosted runs. All NARCOA currently Rulebook Certified and Insured members are welcome to join us on our runs. You can have your email or mailing addressed added to our contact list by contacting SWRC Secretary Ed Best at ed-best@comcast.net or by calling him at 925.837.4155

We are awaiting confirmation and run costs from railroads and plan on having all confirmed by January 30 at that time more information will be posted at http://www.southwest-railcar.org/swrc_run_schedule.htm. Please hold your questions and applications until that information is posted.

No British Columbia runs are scheduled by SWRC for 2009.

Southwest Railcar Limited (SWRC) follows the rules set forth in NARCOA Rulebook #6.3  the NARCOA Operations and Policy Manual. Any additions to the rules due to local requirements will be noted with the specific run that requires the rule addition. These additions are located in detailed run listing at www.southwest-railcar.org/swrc_run_schedule.htm.
